- Font installation is not working.

Font installation may fail due to a temporary connection delay with Apple’s servers.
In most cases, the issue is automatically resolved over time. However, by following the steps below, you can resolve the problem more quickly.

Delete the Bakey app

Turn off your phone and restart it

Reinstall the Bakey app

- If I change the language setting to Thai, can I still use the Korean fonts I purchased?

Even if you change the language setting to Thai, you can continue using the Korean fonts you purchased by installing them from the My Fonts menu.
However, when the language setting is not set to Korean, new Korean font purchases are not available. If you wish to purchase Korean fonts, please change the language setting back to Korean.

- The font products are visible, but it says they can only be purchased in Korea.

If your country setting is set to Thailand/overseas, only foreign-language fonts can be purchased.
Please change your country setting to Korea in My Page (at the bottom of the app) before making your purchase.

- If the app changes to Bakey, will I no longer be able to use the fonts I purchased from SandollCloud?
-
You can continue to use the products you purchased from the previous SandollCloud app in Bakey without any change.

- In Bakey, only overseas content is suddenly displayed.

The version of the app you see depends on the country setting of your Apple account.
(For example, if your Apple account is set to the United States, the App Store will also switch to the U.S. App Store, and only overseas content can be purchased and used.)
However, if you signed up using Google account simple login or a regular login, you can use the app the same way regardless of the country setting.
If the language setting in the Bakey app is not set to Korean, overseas content may be displayed.
Please check your language setting at: My Page (bottom right of the app) → Language Settings.

- What is Bakey?

Bakey is the new name of the SandollCloud mobile app.
Inspired by the word “Bakery”, it represents a space where you can freely choose and enjoy a variety of fonts, just like picking different desserts.
The services provided remain the same as before, with only some design elements (such as the app logo and colors) and the name updated.
Therefore, all the features and benefits you have been enjoying will continue without any change.

- The font purchased in the app is not visible on the PC.

The fonts purchased in the SandollCloud mobile app are specifically for mobile use and cannot be used on the CloudBridge on PC.
If you wish to use them on PC, youll need to purchase fonts compatible with PC separately from the SandollCloud website.

- How to use Dingbats / special characters
-
Each mobile font provides different Dingbats and special characters, and you can check them out on the [Sandoll Cloud app > Font details page > Try it out].
Typically, typing :) / ;> / :!: / :?: in succession allows you to use special Dingbats. (Limited to some mobile fonts)
Also, since the default Apple keyboard doesn provide special characters like ♥ or ★, you can use keyboard apps like Naver Smart Board or use Text Replacement to use special characters.

- The purchased fonts disappeared from the My Fonts list.

Please check the following two cases:

Expiration of the subscription: Mobile packs are available for use for one year (365 days). If the font disappeared from your My Fonts list, please verify the expiration date of your subscription.

Login account: Ensure that you are logged in with the correct purchasing account. Depending on the login method (such as SNS login), different accounts may be created. You need to log in with the account used for purchasing in order to use the fonts you bought.
If account verification is difficult or font visibility persists as an issue, please contact customer support (1:1 inquiry, chatbot, or hotline) for assistance.

- The purchased font does not appear in the My Fonts list in the app.

It may take up to 5 minutes for the purchased product to be registered after payment. If the font does not appear immediately after purchase, please ensure that your app is up to date and try restarting the app. If the font still doesn appear after some time, please contact customer support (1:1 inquiry, chatbot, or hotline) with the font name you purchased, and we will assist you promptly.
