1. Measures for Violating the SandollCloud Community Content Guidelines

All posts and content uploaded to the SandollCloud community must adhere to the community content guidelines. Users are informed of the measures like 'Response Guidance' when they violate the community content guidelines.

- Content Guidelines Notice: If there is a potential violation of content guidelines or a valid report is received, we advise on major violation cases and recommend users to modify and re-upload the content through administrator notifications and emails.

- Post Deletion: Posts that violate the content guidelines are deleted, and users are notified through administrator notifications and emails. Community users can correct the violating content and re-upload it. However, if re-uploaded without modifications or if a post is deleted three times, restrictions on community use will be applied.

- Account Ban: Users who habitually violate the content guidelines or cause serious harm to the service provision environment will have their accounts blocked. These accounts will no longer be able to use any of the community or Sandoll's services.​

2. Content Guidelines

To foster a community that respects each other and shares knowledge, content that violates the content guidelines or harms multiple users, even if not specified in the content guidelines, will be deleted.​

Failing to comply with the content guidelines listed below will lead to difficulties in using SandollCloud or the community based on . Please adhere to the guidelines to ensure a pleasant environment for the majority to use the community. • Adult Content

  • Cases involving adult-oriented obscene content
  • Provocative and sexual descriptions
  • Content that causes discomfort
  • Illegal Content

• Exploitation of Minors

  • Accounts involved in child sexual exploitation and abuse will be immediately blocked. This block prevents the use of all community and Sandoll services. Furthermore, instances of child sexual exploitation, grooming, and illegal content may be reported to authorities.
  • It's not possible to post content depicting the assault, exploitation, or endangerment of minors.
  • Posting links to third-party sites hosting materials related to the sexual exploitation of minors is prohibited.
  • Legal regulations related to minor exploitation can be referred to in the Youth Protection Act and Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles from Sexual Abuse.

• Hate and Insulting Acts

  • Posting content that slanders or incites hatred against individuals or groups is prohibited.
  • Posting content that infringes on others' rights with the intent of blame, personal attacks, or humiliation is prohibited.
  • Posting content for the purpose of criticism using profanity, blasphemy, or other insulting language or images is prohibited.
  • Posting content that falsely insinuates or encourages harassment or physical violence against individuals, groups, places, or organizations is prohibited.
  • Posting content that promotes insult and hatred towards victims of actual crimes or incidents is prohibited.

• Misinformation

  • Posting content or actions that promote conspiracy theories or deceive community users with unclear information is prohibited.
  • Posting content that instigates fear, hatred, or prejudice against individuals or protected groups based on false or misleading information is prohibited.

• Bullying and Exclusion

  • Acts of shaming, mocking, insulting, harassing, threatening, or threatening to expose someone's personal information are prohibited.
  • Threatening, blackmailing, or coercing other users to disclose their personal or account information is prohibited.
  • False reporting with the intent of harassment is prohibited.
  • Posting content that falsely or misleadingly disrupts the fairness of elections or civic engagement of individuals or groups (including voter registration, voting, being counted in a census) is prohibited.

• Privacy

  • Posting and actions including sensitive information of oneself or others as specified below are not allowed.

    • Infringing on the right to privacy or posting private photos that the individual does not wish to be disclosed online

• Self-harm and Harmful Behavior

  • Content encouraging suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, drug abuse, etc., is prohibited.
  • Content and comments that promote or glamorize the aforementioned behaviors are prohibited.

• Violence and Threats

  • Posting violent content that may shock or disgust community users is not allowed.
  • Content that incites or glorifies violent acts is prohibited.
  • Posting and promoting violent content related to extremists, terrorist groups, gangs, or other criminal organizations is not allowed.
  • Content or users supporting, glorifying, overlooking, or promoting activities of individuals or groups engaging in violent acts may be restricted or deleted.

• Illegal Activities and Trading of Dangerous Goods

  • Activities promoting the trade of specific regulated items and illegal trade within the community are prohibited.
  • Trading or selling unauthorized goods within the community is subject to restrictions on service use.
  • Posting content related to regulated items and deceiving users regarding such is prohibited.

  • Regulated items and activities include the following:

    • Prostitution and obscene information
    • Gambling information
    • Sharing hacking software or source code that violates or promotes the violation of security systems
    • Forged documents
    • Pharmaceuticals
    • Acts supporting or trading drugs and controlled substances
    • Providing sales, purchases, or transactions of alcohol and tobacco (including e-cigarettes)
    • Content related to counterfeit items or unverified, unapproved goods
    • Manufacturing methods for items with weapon characteristics, including 3D-printed weapons
    • Commercially selling weapons and attachments

• Comments

  • Irrelevant, meaningless comments unrelated to the post
  • Spam
  • Comments that violate the listed content guidelines
  • Comments infringing on intellectual property rights

• Intellectual Property Rights and Other Rights

  • Posting acts and content that infringe on someone else's intellectual property, privacy, and other rights is prohibited.
  • Using copyrighted works without the permission of the copyright holder or posting content that defames others is prohibited.

  • Do not engage in activities or post content that violates laws or regulations. Users or posts violating this may be restricted from using services operated by SandollCloud.

  • Impersonating SandollCloud staff or others is strictly prohibited.
  • In case of violating other related laws and regulations

• Site Security and Access

  • Posting content that includes html, scripts, etc., capable of causing service disruptions (hacking, viruses, server errors, etc.) is prohibited.
  • Posting content and comments that include URLs leading to unknown sites is prohibited.
  • Inappropriate redirection actions are prohibited.

• Spam

  • Repeated spam content that hinders the community usage environment and service convenience may result in restricted community use.
  • Repeatedly publishing posts for the purposes of promotion or profit generation is prohibited.
  • Repetitive publishing of content or commenting that harms the service environment may result in restricted community use.

3. Reporting Content that Violates the Guidelines

To maintain a pleasant community environment, if you find any posts or users violating the content guidelines, please report them through [Customer Support] > [1:1 Inquiry]. Reported posts or users will be reviewed transparently and fairly based on the SandollCloud community guideline policies and addressed promptly.
