To search for fonts on SandollCloud, please select [My Fonts Management], [Fonts], or [Free Fonts].
Fonts included in the license I own can be found under [My Fonts Management],
and all fonts available for subscription on SandollCloud can be searched under [Fonts]. -
You can set language, font style, attributes, tags, and brand filters on each page to search for fonts that meet your criteria.

- How to find the history of previously activated fonts

You can check the fonts that are currently activated. Please follow the steps below:
1. Click the ↑↓ icon on the right side of the page in [My Font Management].
2. You can display the activated fonts at the top/bottom of the font list.

- How to activate / deactivate all of the fonts

Select [My Font Management] on SanolGureum.

In [My Font Management], click on [All My Fonts], [Subscriptions], [Free Fonts], or [Favorites].

You can activate/deactivate all fonts by clicking on the Activate All/Deactivate All button. Its also possible to activate/deactivate individual OTF/TTF types or all OTF or TTF types separately.

- Activated fonts on Sandoll Cloud PC do not work on the programs

If the fonts activated on SanolGureum PC are not appearing in the program, please check and adjust the following:
- Click on the SanolGureum icon on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen.
- If font synchronization fails, click on the synchronization button.

- How do I use fonts with SandollCloud?

1. Install SandollCloud PC before using the fonts.
2. Log in with your registered information.
3. Select [Manage My Fonts] from the installed SandollCloud PC.
4. Activate the fonts you want to use from [Manage My Fonts].
5. Activated fonts can be deactivated again from [Manage My Fonts].
6. If the activated fonts are not applied, press the synchronization button on SandollCloud PC.

- Do I need internet access to use the service?

Yes, SanDolCloud operates fonts via internet servers, making it difficult to use in environments without internet access. While its possible to use it with a wireless internet (WiFi) connection, please note that font loading may be delayed if the signal strength is weak.

- Adobe XD program Windows version is not compatible with Cloud Bridge.

If the list of Sandoll Cloud fonts is not displayed correctly or if previews are not supported in Adobe programs, please check and adjust the following settings: Press Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog, then type services.msc in the Open field and click OK. Double-click on the Windows Font Cache Service entry to open its properties. Check if the following settings are as follows: - Startup type for Windows Font Cache Service is set to Disabled, and Service status is set to Stopped: In this case, change the Startup type to Automatic, then click Apply, and finally click the Start button under Service status.

For Windows, it is compatible with Windows 7 and later versions. For Macintosh, it is compatible with OS X 10.12 and later versions. (It may be difficult to provide full support for lower versions).

- Is it possible to log in simultaneously from different PCs?

There is no limit to the number of PCs where Cloud Bridge can be installed, but simultaneous logins are not possible.
Therefore, if you have installed Cloud Bridge on computers A and B, you need to log out from computer A before logging in to computer B to use it.
Additionally, Sandoll Cloud does not allow multiple users (2 or more) to access the same account simultaneously. If there are multiple users (n) who need to use the fonts, it is necessary to have an appropriate service plan for the number of users.
