2) Ticket Cancellation
① Cancellation fees apply based on the participation date (event start date), regardless of the payment date, as follows:

Cancellations by September 6, 2026 (23:59): 100% refunded

Cancellations between September 7–13, 2026 (23:59): 50% refunded
-
Cancellations from September 14, 2026 through the event day: no cancellation or refund available
② No cancellation fee applies if the cancellation is due to circumstances on the organizer's side.

3) Refund Information
① Refund processing time varies by payment method. Bank transfer refunds are processed within 5 business days after account verification; card payments may take 3–7 business days depending on the card company's policy.
② Matters regarding compensation for refund delays are governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards (Fair Trade Commission notice) under the Framework Act on Consumers. Please contact customer service for related inquiries.
