2) Ticket Cancellation Guide
① Regardless of the payment date, cancellation fees apply based on the ticket usage date (event start date) as follows.
- Full refund for cancellations made by October 1, 2026 (23:59 KST).
- 50% refund for cancellations made between October 2–8, 2026 (23:59 KST).
- No cancellation or refund is available from October 9, 2026 through the event date.
② No cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is due to circumstances on the organizer's part.
③ How to cancel your ticket:
- Members: My Page > Ticket Reservation History > Partial Cancellation or Full Cancellation
- Non-members: Login > Non-member Order Inquiry > Cancel Booking
3) Refund Guide
① Refund processing time may vary by payment method. Bank transfer refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the refund account is confirmed; card payment refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on the card issuer's policy.
② Matters related to compensation for refund delays are governed by the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards (Fair Trade Commission Notice) under the Framework Act on Consumers. For related inquiries, please contact Customer Service.
